Gingrich's Song Choice During Tampa Visit Gets Him in Hot Water
The GOP presidential hopeful has been served with a cease and desist notice for his use of the song "How You Like Me Now?" during a campaign stop, Rolling Stone reports.

Newt Gingrich is in trouble over his campaign's choice in music during a Tampa rally last week.
Gingrich has been ordered to stop using the song "How You Like Me Now?" after the band Heavy caught wind it was used during Monday's campaign stop at The River of Tampa Bay Church in Mango, Rolling Stone reports.
"The GOP presidential hopeful was served a cease and desist notice from Third Side Music, the Montreal-based publishing company that owns the rights to the song," according to Rolling Stone.
Gingrich used the 2009 hit from the British band during last week's rally, prompting the Heavy to post a profane message in response on their Facebook page.
Gingrich is scheduled to appear at a Monday afternoon rally in Tampa with former GOP candidate Herman Cain.
