Detectives are asking for help after a man died after being found in his car in an embankment behind the Regency Square shopping center, at the intersection of Brandon Boulevard and Intersate 75.
According to Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Larry McKinnon, Sean Michael Buchanan, 26, of Temple Terrace, was found "conscious, but incoherent and confused" at around 10:30 p.m. May 30.

The shopping center is across the street from the Westfield Brandon shopping mall. Buchanan lived at 6905 South Riverchase Drive.
Deputies had been responding to reports of a car crash at 2496 Brandon Boulevard West when they found Buchanan's Toyota Corolla down an embankment in a wooded area.
Anyone who was in the area at the time, including those who might have seen the victim or the victim's vehicle, is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200.
More specifically, deputies seek to hear from anyone who saw Buchanan, or his car, on May 30, between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.

This is so sad! Sean was a member of Kings Avenue Baptist Church in Brandon for many years. I will be praying for his family that they may find out what happened to him.
