The Brandon Senior Center will be holding a Black Heritage Celebration in honor of Black History month. The even with be held from 10am to 1pm and will consist of performances from the KUUMBA Group and a Steel Drum performance, as part of the arts Council of Hillsborough County Arts for Elders and Community Program.
