  is a style of Hatha yoga delivered in such a manner that gives Christia
 ns the opportunity to feel comfortable and openly worship our God while 
 caring for our temples.&nbsp\; Yoga is a methodology\, not a theology.&n
 bsp\; It can be used by any religion or no religion at all. We will begi
 n with a time of de-stress and relaxation with guided prayer and scriptu
 re reading followed by gentle pose options for beginner to intermediate 
 levels. This Gentle Journey will encourage students to incorporate their
  breath and body movement as they flow from posture to posture while str
 etching\, flexing and strengthening the muscles of their body\, mind and
  spirit.&nbsp\; Christ-centered yoga will close with a time of relaxatio
 n\, prayer and inward meditation\, as we guide the heart back to our ini
 tial focus set at the beginning of class. Music for the class will be a 
 calming\, joyful fusion of Christian music and relaxing instrumentals.&n

 dquo\;You surely know that your body is a temple where the Holy Spirit l
 ives. The Spirit is in you and is a gift from God. You are no longer you
