Awards Announced for the Florida Strawberry Festival's Grand Parade

The 2012 Florida Strawberry Festival's Grand Parade, hosted by Berry Fine Productions and sponsored by the U.S. Marine Corps, features 12 winners in four categories.

 

Winners of the 2012 Florida Strawberry Festival's Grand Parade have been announced by Berry Fine Productions, the host of the March 6 event, which was sponsored by the U.S. Marine Corps.

The parade in 2011 was turned over to the independent Berry Fine Productions, as decided by the Florida Strawberry Festival's board of directors.

This year's grand marshal was Ray Clark, who reportedly "touched the lives of many in the Plant City area." A retired agriculture teacher, Clark continues to serve on many Florida Strawberry Festival committees.
