Get Out: Weekend Events for Brandon (July 30-31)

Weekend events include a play and a pick-your-price oil change fundraiser.

With the mercury forecast to climb into the mid-90s and higher this weekend, it’s a good time to consider some indoor entertainment. Thankfully, there are some events this weekend you can enjoy indoors — “Willy Wonka” at New Life Church and Contemporary Christian recording artist Audrey Assad at Nativity Catholic Church — while those that are outdoors start early enough that you can avoid the worst of the sun, such as the Women’s Resource Center Fundraiser at Autoworks of Brandon and the car wash at Advance Auto Parts to benefit the Brandon High School Football team.
