Live: National Anthem At Patriot Day Observance
A patriotic start to the 2013 Patriot Day observance featured a chaplain's voice singing "The Star-Spangled Banner."
At Hillsborough County Veterans Memorial Park and Rear Admiral LeRoy Collins Jr. Veterans Museum, on Sept. 11, 2013, for Patriot Day, the National Anthem was sung by James Stewart, resident chaplain of the James A.Haley Veterans' Hospital in Tampa.
