Top Chef Contestant to Appear at Rolling Pin

Learn cooking tips from celebrity chefs as the Brandon Foundation and Rolling Pin Kitchen Emporium team up to bring eight expert cooks to Brandon this spring to prepare signature meals for charity.

This week the Rolling Pin welcomes Chef Lindsay Autry, a contestant on Season 9 of the popular Top Chef television show.

Autry will be at the kitchen emporium at 2080 Badlands Dr., Brandon, Thursday and Friday, May 16-17 at 6:15 p.m.to provide foodies with cooking tips as she prepares a full meal.

Autry is currently the executive chef for Sundy House in Delray Beach. She describes her cuisine as soulful--a combination of nostalgic favorites combined with classic techniques.
