Center Place Chalk Walk and BLFA Artfest

With the Brandon League of FIne Arts, the Center Place Fine Arts & Civic Association is hosting a Chalk Walk in conjunction with the league's Artfest in September. Tickets available August 1.

Art vendors are wanted for a "Celebration of the Arts” festival on tap for Sept. , where both the novice and more experienced artist — from toddler to senior citizen — will be taking chalk to sidewalk to create unique works of art.

For the event, the Center Place Fine Arts & Civic Association, in partnership with the Brandon League of Fine Arts, for its annual Artfest, is turning both the Sandy Rodriguez Center on Vonderburg Drive, and the sidewalks surrounding the lake off Parsons Avenue, into a community canvas and showcase of art.
