Visit Patch at Tonight's Free Concert at Hyde Park Village

The James-Lange Theory takes the stage on May 30.

hosts its first of the season Wednesday night for a good cause.

The concert, from 7-10 p.m. May 30, benefits Quantum Leap Farm, which provides therapy horses for the physically or mentally disabled or those recovering from injury.

The James-Lange Theory will take the stage near the fountain, and when they break, HOT 101.5's DJ Change will take over and spin the hottest dance mixes.

The party includes $3 Michelob Light, Barefoot Wine and Opulent Vodka specials, with beverage proceeds to benefit participants in Quantum Leap's therapeutic programs.

South Tampa-Hyde Park Patch will also be there giving away some free Patch swag. Stop by the Patch tent and sign up for our email newsletter — we're donating $1 to Quantum Leap for each signup.

The Hyde Park Village Live Music Series will continue on the last Wednesday of the month through October, with the exception of the Aug. 22 concert.

Admission and parking are free.
