Whether you have Celtic roots or simply wish you had, you're welcome at the Tampa Bay Celtic Festival and Highland Games.
Irish and Scottish traditions will be in full swing Saturday, Feb. 16 when the Tampa Bay Celtic Festival & Highland Games come to Westfield Brandon mall.
According to O'Brien's Irish Pub owner Sean Rice, who posted this event in Brandon Patch, the festival willl feature games, music, food and exposure to the Celtic culture.
