Greater Brandon area actors and stage crew hobbyists have a new outlet for their talents with the upcoming Plant City Entertainment production of, "Daddy's Dyin' Who's Got the Will?" Auditions are Feb. 28 and March 1 and 3.
Auditions get underway tonight, Feb. 28, for the Plant City Entertainment production of, “Daddy’s Dyin’ Who’s Got the Will?”
Directed by Coy Permenter, and assistant directed by his wife, Kristen, the show is set in a small Texas town. There, a family awaits the imminent death of its patriarch, who recently suffered a physically and mentally disabling stroke
He had not yet drafted a will.

The synopsis, based on a piece from “The Hollywood Reporter,” continues: “It is not the story of the impending demise of the father or the drafting of his will but of a rebirth of the spirit of the family unit. “
Audition dates are Feb. 28 and March 1 and 3, at the Plant City Theatre at 101 North Thomas Street in Plant City. Audition time is 7:30 p.m.
