The company offers its workers health insurance, a 401(k), bonuses and stock awards. While a variety of posts will eventually open, many of those now being advertised are related to fulfillment. These are essentially warehouse workers that assist in filling customer orders. The starting pay, according to Amazon’s employment website is $11 an hour.
