Bahama Breeze at Westfield Brandon? How Psyched Are You?
Construction plans have been posted for Bahama Breeze at Westfield Brandon. The address has it in the Restaurant Courtyard, with Panera, The Cheesecake Factory, Ryuu Japanese Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen and the upcoming Red Robin Gourmet Burgers.
No official word yet, but from architectural drawings that have been posted online it appears that a Bahama Breeze restaurant is the upcoming replacement for the space vacated by the Sinigual Mexican eatery at Westfield Brandon.
According to LDI-Line's online site for construction project leads, an April 25 bid date has been noted for a Bahama Breeze at Brandon Town Center, which is the name of the street that surrounds the mall (and also was the mall’s name when it first opened, under different ownership).

According to construction plans, the address for the Bahama Breeze is noted as 805 Brandon Town Center, which places it in the Restaurant Courtyard. Also in the courtyard are , , and the .
Coming soon to the courtyard is , as a replacement for Ruby Tuesday.

Bahama Breeze is one of seven concept restaurants under the Darden Restaurants umbrella, which includes three that have a Brandon location: , and .
Bahama Breeze is billed as a restaurant that "brings you the feeling of a Caribbean escape, offering the food, drink and atmosphere you'd find on the islands." Menu features include seafood, chicken and steak accentuated with ingredients "reflecting the growing popularity of Caribbean and Latin flavors."
