Brandon-Based Real Estate Company Receives National Honors

REAL Trends Inc. has recognized the Brandon-based Keller Williams Realty Chadwick Group for its growth.

The Chadwick Group was one of 17 firms in America and the only real estate company in Florida to achieve growth in all key areas of brokerage operational performance. 

REAL Trends is the leading trends and research firm in North America for the residential brokerage industry and publishes annual rankings for the National Association of Realtors listing the leading brokerage firms and sales professionals. 

In a 10-year comparison study of the leading 500 residential brokerage firms in the country, REAL Trends found that only 17 had grown in 3 key areas: number of sales associates, number of homes sold and sales volume from 2002 to 2011. 

Kevin Chadwick, operating principle for the Chadwick Group, credits his team for its success. With seven offices and more than 500 agents in Tampa Bay, the group is part of Keller Williams Realty, which recently achieved the status of No. 1 real estate franchise in the United States by agent count. 

In 2012, the Chadwick Group also achieved the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates “Highest in Customer Satisfaction” among both home buyers and home sellers, as well as the ranking of No. 9 on America’s Top 150 Workplaces.
