County Property Appraiser To Address Real Estate Trends At Luncheon

Rob Turner will speak at the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce Membership Luncheon.

Real estate trends will be among the topics today when Hillsborough County Property Appraiser Rob Turner speaks to the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce Membership Luncheon.

Turner will address the role of the property appraiser, current assessments in Florida, general trends and Values in the real estate market and the impact of recent legislation among other topics.

After more than 20 years in the banking business, Turner was elected property appraiser in 1996 and was re-elected in 2000 and 2004.

The luncheon is set for noon today, Sept. 1, at Crowne Plaza Tampa East, 10221 Princess Palm Ave, Tampa.

Tickets are $18 for members and $23 for potential members. Corporate tables of 8 with preferred seating and signage are available for chamber members at $170 and $210 for potential members.
