How long have you lived in the area? We moved to the Brandon/Riverview area on July 4, 2005 after the downturn in the economy in the Silicon Valley.

What do you love about living and working in our town? The main thing we love about this community is the people. They are friendly, caring and devoted to their community.

What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you? How much we love what we do for our customers as we help them preserve the memories of their families (and businesses) for future generations. It is a privilege for us to be part of their lives.

Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service: We give a 100% guarantee on everything we do and on all our products. Not long ago a customer who had purchased a large print on canvas, noticed she had poked a small dent in the canvas moving the print from one place to another. Though it was not our fault, we replaced the print for her at no charge. We wanted her to be happy with her portrait and knowing that it had the imperfection, she couldn’t forget. So we happily made it right for her. We want everyone to leave our studio with the feeling they have received the best and then some.
