Ready, Set, Shop! Local List for Black Friday, Holiday Weekend Specials

A local listing of Black Friday hours and specials as shoppers get set to chow down on deals and steals with the crack of midnight. Some stores open Thanksgiving Day.

'Tis the season for retailers to put their best foot forward.

And what better way to do so in these tough economic times then with extra-hours and extra-special deals designed to get customers in the door and buying.

Local papers are chock-full of Thanksgiving Day advertisements, aimed to help shoppers prep for the Nov. 25, Black Friday start to holiday shopping. (Note, too, that some stores allow for special-deals shopping online Thanksgiving Day as well.)
