TLC's London Brings What-To-Wear Advice to Westfield Shoppers

Spring has sprung at Westfield Brandon, where free beauty makeovers and style advice is at the ready for fashion-conscious shoppers.

It’s the fourth season for the Westfield Style Tour, which wraps up its two-weekend run March 31 and April 1, with expert advice at the ready from Stacy London, host of TLC’s “What Not To Wear.”

“My partnership with Westfield is all about creating the most unique and individualized shopping experience for each consumer,” London said in a news release. “We want to empower every shopper to find her own individual style easily and efficiently.”

Toward that end, attendees start their journey in the Westfield Style Lounge, a place to relax and await a personalized fashion consultation with a “Style for Hire” stylist trained by London. Stylists will select apparel for each guest from the Westfield Style Closet, stocked with selections from mall retailers, including bebe, , and Forever 21.

Next up, a free makeup consultation at the Westfield Beauty Bar, outfitted with samples and demonstrations from .

“I want customers to enjoy their shopping experience, rather than be frustrated by it, make informed purchases and, more importantly, love the way they look,” London said.

In return, guests will receive via email a digital copy of their individualized apparel and beauty recommendations and discount cards to be used toward their purchase of the recommended items. Also, a copy of the spring 2012 “Westfield Style” magazine, a “how-to fashion manual with the hottest trends in apparel and accessories this season.”

London will be at the mall on March 31 only, and will talk to shoppers. She also is scheduled to hold two meet-and-greet sessions, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The sessions are for the first 250 shoppers who have purchased at least $100 in Westfield Brandon merchandise from March 17 through the end of the month. Shoppers will be asked to present their receipts to reserve a meet-and-greet spot, which will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Receipts must be shown at the Westfield Style Tour area near Lucky Brand Jeans and Sephora on March 31, starting at 10 a.m.

The Westfield Style Tour at Westfield Brandon runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on March 31 and from noon to 6 p.m. on April 1.
