Rival's Comment Irks Barnacles' Patrons On Day Of Closing
The owner of another local sports bar posted on the Barnacles Facebook page, and not everyone thought that was such a great thing to do.
When Barnacles sports bar announced that it was closing down after 15 years in the Brandon area, a lot of people took to Facebook to share memories of the iconic spot. Eighty-two people have posted comments on the thread on the Barnacles page.
When the owner of Zapps, a new sports bar in Brandon, wrote a promotional post for her bar on within that thread, some residents commented that such a post was out of line.
