The Westfield Brandon shopping mall is set to welcome Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, which debuted in 1969 with a restaurant in Seattle. Red Robin takes the place of the newly closed Ruby Tuesday, across from Panera Bread, and is slated to open Oct. 29, according to a sign posted on the restaurant's doors.
The sign noted as well that the restaurant is hiring. For information about job openings, visit www.redrobin.jobs.
