I purchased a groupon massage for the above company and have issues ever since with this company. On 12/28 I had my first appt schedule for a message and received a call the day before stating that the massage therapist had a "death in the family" during that phone call, my appt was reschedule for 1/25. I called to verify the time and Jeanette told me I was not in the books. It was a "mistake" and I understand mistakes are made so I went ahead and rescheduled to the appt to 2/15. The week of valentines day I received a call to confirm my appt for the wrong date (2/13/14,) I called several times in the day and that week and no one returned my phone calls. Eventually, I actually spoke with the lady that had the death in the family and insisted that Jeanette makes a lot of mistakes and made the appt on the wrong date. She then rescheduled the appt for 2/22 and once again, I call the confirm the appt and I'm not "in the books," again. I was upset and still reschedule once more! This time I had rescheduled a month out, for today (3/22/14.) I spoke with the same lady and she told me that there's a mistake and I wasn't schedule and tell me every one on her schedule, to include their FULL NAMES. This time I got upset and told her every problem I've had with the company and she persisted to tell me that people make mistakes and I can't get upset. I then told her people make mistakes, but this is beyond mistakes and is very unprofessional. She tried to have me reschedule again, but we see what happens every time I reschedule and I told her no. I let them know that I was going to contact 8 on your side and report them to BBB and she said I don't have to go to that extreme and we can just reschedule. She obviously insisted in rescheduling and told me that I didn't have to contact anyone that they will figure it out and we can reschedule or get my money refunded. I let her know it's too late and I wanted her name and she disconnected the call. I've already emailed wfla news.
