5 Places for Easter Dining in Greater Brandon

The Easter weekend is a perfect time to enjoy brunch or dinner with friends, family and loved ones. Here are some local options.

Here are some of places in greater Brandon that will be open Easter Sunday. From casual breakfast-brunch menus to full Italian meals, you can find what you're looking for without having to travel very far!

1.) Mimi's Cafe, 804 Providence Rd., features a three-course Easter menu on Sunday, with selections that include traditional baked ham, French onion soup and some wonderful pie selections for dessert. Reservations suggested.  Call 813-684-1184.

2.) Panera Bread: The Panera Bread at Brandon Town Center Mall will be closed, but you can bunny-hop over to the Panera, at 3490 Lithia Pinecrest Rd.,
Valrico. Feast on the fresh baked pastries and breads, or bring the bakery items home to the family. Call 813-661-4449

3.) Sumatra Bistro, 1602 Oakfield Dr., Brandon, will host an Easter Brunch Buffet Sunday, March 31 with seatings at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The buffet will feature chicken breast marsala, roast leg of lamb, tilalpia, sides and desserts. The cost is $16.95 for adults and $9.95 for children 12 and under. Call 813-655-6200.

4.) Spend your Easter down under at 2020 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon. The restaurant will be open from noon to 10 p.m.

5.) Buca di Beppo opens at 11 am on Easter, but better book your Easter weekend reservation now. The restaurant is at 11105 Causeway Boulevard
