We offered planet-friendly tips, recipes for both Passover and Easter, news you could use about county offerings and a warning about a lottery scam involving the elderly. We reported on the theft (and most likely prank) involving the “Most Interesting Man in the World” from O’Brien’s Irish Pub in Brandon.

Stagdoor wrapped up its community theater run of “Neverland” and, in our “Over 50” feature, we talked to Joella Abbott of the upcoming Village Players production of “Bye Bye Birdie.” The Christian film, “The Message,” featuring some local talent, returned for Eastertime screenings in Tampa Bay movie theaters and churches.
