2. The Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners meets today, Feb. 16, in the second-floor conference room at the Fred B. Karl County Center at 601 East Kennedy Blvd. in Tampa. Plant City Entertainment opens its two-weekend run of the musical comedy, “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,” on Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. Additional show dates are Feb. 19 and 24-26, also at 8 p.m. The Feb. 20 matinee is at 2 p.m. The show is at the Plant City Entertainment Theatre, at 101 N. Thomas Street in Plant City.
