Prep for Isaac: Free Sandbags, Emergency Alerts, How To Report a Flood
Hillsborough County officials are making sandbags available for residents at the county's three service centers. Sign up for emergency news alert texts and emails and where to call to report road problems or instances of flooding.
Filled sandbags will be given to the elderly and disabled and sandbag materials will be available for all other county residents, at all three county public works service units.
Pick up filled sandbags or sandbag materials at one of these three locations:

- West Service Unit — 9805 Sheldon Road
- South Service Unit — 8718 Old Big Bend Road
Keep in mind the following:
- The service units are open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Each citizen will be asked to sign his or her name and to provide a home address to acknowledge the receipt of 25 sandbags or less.
