Listen: Jeremy Rosado's 'Don't Be Afraid' Previews on Local Radio

Get a first listen to "Don't Be Afraid," performed by Jeremy Rosado of Valrico, a Top 13 "American Idol" finisher in 2012, as aired on local radio stations and set to be available to the general public on iTunes on March 26.

 

Jeremy Rosado of Valrico has been making the rounds with local radio stations to give local listeners a first listen to his upcoming single, "Don't Be Afraid," written with Pablo Villatoro, formerly of Group 1 Crew, and Mara Shultz, and featuring Villatoro.

The single will be available on iTunes and Amazon on March 26. His CD release party is scheduled for April 6 at the youth center at Nativty Catholic Church and is free to the public. Visit jeremyrosado.com for information.

Rosado was ousted off the 2012 American Idol contest just one win shy of the Top 12 round.

Here's a link to Rosado's "Don't Be Afraid" — and to his appearance on Tampa's 93.3 FLZ, where  he was called, "a great soul man."

"I was expecting a lighter sound," notes the DJ introducing Rosado's song.

Rosado was pleased with the assessment. "Thank you," he said, "that's a great compliment."
