Most fitness instructors frown upon working out in high-heeled shoes, but not Brittany Rohr, owner of Inspired By Dance in Bradenton.

“Going to the gym and doing the same thing every day can get boring, but this is always interesting and fun,” said Rohr, about the all-body workout she calls “a mixture between ballet and gymnastics."
