Traffic Update: I-4, Selmon Expressway Closings, Detours (Through Oct. 10)

Closures with detours are scheduled for the Selmon Expressway (State Road 618) as listed below. Updated schedule changes will be posted at myTBI.com.

Detours will be in place between Exit 9 (22nd Street) and Exit 11 (50th Street).

WESTBOUND AND EASTBOUND

DATES AND TIME DETAILS

• From 8 p.m. Sept. 30 through 5 p.m. Oct. 2 — Westbound closed.
• From 8 p.m. Sept. 30 through 10 a.m. Oct. 1 — Eastbound closed.
• From 8 p.m. Oct. 4 through 5 a.m. Oct. 5 — Westbound closed.
• From 8 p.m. Oct. 5 through 5 a.m. Oct. 6 — Eastbound and westbound closed.
• From 8 p.m. Oct. 6 through 5 a.m. Oct. 7 — Eastbound and westbound closed.
• From 8 p.m. Oct. 7 through 5 a.m. Oct. 10 — Westbound closed.

EASTBOUND DETOUR

• All eastbound traffic will be directed off the Selmon Expressway at Exit 9 (21st and 22nd streets), detoured east on State Road 60 (Adamo
  Drive), then back onto the expressway using the 50th Street entrance ramp. Tolls during detour hours will be suspended only for exiting the eastbound Selmon Expressway at 22nd Street.

WESTBOUND DETOUR

• All westbound traffic will be directed off the Selmon Expressway at Exit 11 (50th Street), detoured west on State Road 60 (Adamo Drive), then back on to the Expressway using the 21st and 22nd streets entrance ramp.
• Again, tolls will be suspended for entering the westbound Selmon at 22nd Street during the detour hours only.

Day and Night Lane Closures: Eastbound Selmon Expressway

• From 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Oct. 1 — One lane might be closed on eastbound Selmon Expressway between Exit 9 (22nd Street) and Exit 11 (50th Street).
• From Oct. 3-8 — Likewise (see above).
• From 8 p.m. Oct. 4 through 5 a.m. Oct. 5 — Likewise (see above).

Day Lane Closures on Adamo Drive

• From 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 1 — One lane might be closed in each direction of State Road 60 (Adamo Drive) between 26th and 34th streets.
• From Oct. 3-8 — Likewise (see above).

Day and Night Lane Closures: 20th 21st, 22nd streets

• From 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 1 — One lane might be closed each way on 20th, 21st and 22nd streets, from State Road 60 (Adamo Drive) to Durham Street.
• From 7 p.m-6 a.m. Oct. 3-8 — Likewise (see above).
• On nights, Oct. 3 - 6 — Likewise (see above).

Day and Night Lane Closures: 34th Street 

• From 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 1 — One lane might be closed in both directions of 34th Street from State Road 60 (Adamo Drive) to Grace Street.
• From 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 3-8 — Likewise (see above).
