The Hillsborough County Aging Services nursing staff will host a discussion on Medicine and You: A Guide for Older Adults Wednesday, July 17 at 11 a.m. at the Seffner Senior Dining Center, 1209 S. Kingsway Rd. in Seffner.

Aging Services offers a variety of activities for older adults age 50 and over. The department has 16 senior dining centers and eight senior centers that can provide a hot nutritious noon-time meal for those over the age of 60. You can register for our activities or meal services when you attend one of these events. Visit the Aging Services website to view activity calendars and the locations of the sites.
