State Rep. Ross Spano, R-Riverview, will hold a series of town hall meetings to hear from residents of District 59 about the issues important to them. There will be a Seffner Town Hall Meeting Tuesday, July 16 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Seffner-Mango Branch Library, 410 N Kingsway Rd.
