Wok Chi To Stir Things Up in Brandon

The new restaurant is expected to open this spring.

Foodies can look forward to something new to try in Brandon.

Wok Chi will open this spring in Regency Square, offering authentic, pan-regional Chinese food.

The new 3,300-square-foot restaurant will be casual. The average check will be about $12 per person, according to an announcement posted on Brandon Patch by the restaurant's creator, Hot Brands International Inc.

"We are excited to introduce Wok Chi to the Brandon community,” said Kanak Bal, vice president of business development at HBI USA.  “It is authentic Chinese food, presented quickly and always made to order. It is our intention to immerse and transport our guests to a modern Chinese experience. We will appeal to the busy-but-discerning, guest who is in search of a speedy, fresh and satisfying dining experience.”
