Deck Your House and Win $100,000 for Hillsborough Schools

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to win a $100,000 gift for the Hillsborough County School District — and to get a gift yourself when it comes time to pay your December electric bill.

Patch.com has launched a contest among its sites nationwide to find the home best decked-out for the holidays.

Here’s how the contest works:

Through Dec. 26, upload a photo to enter the contest and ask your family and friends to vote for their favorite festive home; the more the merrier. Cast you own vote as well.

The home that receives the most "likes" will be forwarded to a national Patch judge, who will select 24 finalists.

Each finalist will receive $500 to apply to their December electric bills.

So, get out your lights and ladders — and your festive, competitive spirit — and vie for a chance to give 100,000 gifts of cheer to the Hillsborough County School District.
