Trash Removal

Several times now our new trash service "Republic" has failed to empty our trash and recycling bins.  They say they will come back, but they do not. When I asked about having some additional trash that did not fit into the containers removed they reluctantly told me that it would cost $50 to do so.  Fifty dollars????  This is outrageous.  I was perfectly happy with our prior trash service and now that they have "new and improved it" is another hassle I have to deal with.  I hate the new service and if there was a way I could get a different service I would.
