Break Made in Seffner Store Clerk Beating Caught on Video

Two men matching the descriptions of the assailants who brutally attacked a 71-year-old convenience store clerk in Seffner have been taken into custody in Broward County, according to a report from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives were en route to Broward County last night, July 25, to interview the suspects to determine if they can be positively identified as the robbers and assailants noted in the store surveillance tape of the July 22 attack.

In that attack, Hasimbhai Indawala, 71, was thrown to the floor after he was forced to open the cash register behind the counter, according to a video of the crime posted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

The crime was committed at the U.S. 92 Convenience Store at 102 West U.S. Highway 92 and Kings Avenue in Seffner.
