Dangerous Men Sought After Circle K, 7-Eleven Armed Robberies

Armed robbers strike two businesses in post-midnight hours, one in Brandon and the other in Carrollwood Village. Surveillance photos aid in the search and tips are sought.

First they struck in Brandon, then in Carrollwood Village, two men wanted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for armed robberies in the early morning hours earlier this week.

According to detectives, the men first entered the Circle K in Brandon, at 812 East Lumsden Road, at about 12:07 a.m. Monday, July 22, where they confronted the clerk and demanded cash and lottery tickets.

"The clerk complied and the suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, lottery tickets and a donation jar from the counter," according to the report.

Later that same day, at around 2:15 a.m., robbers "dressed in similar attire" struck the 7-Eleven store in Carollwood Village, at 4301 Ehrlich Road.
