Michigan Man Charged With Voyeurism at Westfield Brandon Mall

A Michigan man is facing video voyeurism charges after admitting to taking photos of a 12-year-old boy using the bathroom at Westfield Brandon mall.

Victor Aaron Lemm, 57, of Coleman, Mich., was arrested Aug. 18 at a motel in southwest Florida, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

According to the sheriff's office, the 12-year-old was using a restroom at a department store at the mall when Lemm reached under the stall with his cell phone and took three photos of the boy.

Noticing the cell phone, the boy ran out of the restroom and reported the incident to his aunt and uncle. Store employees then followed Lemm as he got into his car and took down his license plate number.

Sheriff's deputies tracked the car to the hotel where Lemm was arrested and taken to the Hillsborough County Jail. He later admitted to the crime. He is being held on a $2,000 bond.
