Charles Foster is charged with two counts of First Degree Murder.

A 23-year-old Seffner man faces two counts of first degree murder in connection to the killing of two men found in their trailer home on Sunday, March 24.

Detectives discovered that after the victims' deaths, Foster attempted to fraudulently cash a check from Simmons' checking account and withdraw funds from Deas' ATM debit card. He also was captured on store surveillance video driving Simmons' Iszusu Rodeo and pawning personal property belonging to Deas.

According to preliminary findings from the medical examiner, the two victims sustained severe trauma to their upper bodies. The injuries appeared to be caused by some type of edged and weighted instrument, such as small handled axe or hatchet.

Homicide detectives worked around the clock to follow up on all available leads. Simmons' Isuzu was located by deputies, as were several of Deas' personal items, which had been thrown into a dumpster.
