Teen Arrested In Locker Room Theft At Armwood High Football Game
Eight players from the Leto High football team found someone had gone through their bags and taken cash, iPods, phones and headphones.
A Tampa teen is facing several charges today relating to the burglary of the opposing team’s locker room during a recent football game at Armwood High School.
The 17-year-old male is charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure, grand theft and dealing in stolen property, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred Sept. 23 at Armwood High School when the visiting football team from Leto High returned to its locker room to retrieve its belongings.

After receiving numerous tips, Armwood’s school resource deputy arrested the teen.
