Free Tickets for Obama’s HCC Visit Available at Winthrop Today (June 19)

President Barack Obama is scheduled to make a campaign stop June 22 at the Dale Mabry campus of Hillsborough Community College in Tampa. Free tickets to the event are available on a first-come, first-served basis at five local Obama for America offices.

 

Tickets to see President Barack Obama at the Dale Mabry campus of Hillsborough Community College will be available for pickup today, June 19, starting at 5 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no charge to see President Obama, but space is limited, as he makes a campaign stop at the campus gymnasium June 22, according to a posted announcement by the Hillsborough County Democratic Party.

Doors open at 1 p.m., with parking through the entrance into the lot off Tapa Bay Boulevard, according to the Obama/Biden notice for the Grassroots Event With President Obama.

The campus is at 4001 West Tampa Bay Blvd.

According to the Democratic club’s notice, ticket distribution locations include the Obama for America office in the Greater Brandon/Riverivew community of Winthrop, at 11215 Bloomingdale Ave.

Tickets also will be available at these additional Obama for America offices:

  • Ybor City, 1702 North 14th St., Tampa, FL 33605
  • St. Petersburg, 951 Central Ave., Suite A, St. Petersburg, 33705
  • Riverview, 11215 Bloomingdale Ave., Riverview, 33578
  • Florida Wesley Chapel, 29141 Chapel Park Drive, 33542
