Obama Headed to St. Pete College This Weekend
President Barack Obama is scheduled to speak at a grassroots event at the Seminole campus of St. Petersburg College on Saturday, Sept. 8. Tickets could still be available.
Fresh off the 2012 Democratic National Convention, President Barack Obama will make his way to Florida on Saturday for a campaign stop at the Seminole campus of St. Petersburg College.
According to an Obama news release, doors open Sept. 8 at 8:30 a.m. at the Natural Habitat Park Field at St. Pete College.

Tickets to the event are free and can be picked up at various locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. Tickets are required for entrance and one ticket per person will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, a news release said.
To pick up your tickets, visit one of the locations noted below. Distribution of tickets started Sept. 5 at 5 p.m.
