Whether your sport is traditional boxing or you get a kick out of kickboxing, you can get in knockout shape at the newly opened Title Boxing Club in Brandon, at 889 East Bloomingdale Ave., in the Bloomingdale Square shopping center.

Inspired by the success of its Carrollwood club, Title Boxing Club opened the Bloomingdale club Oct. 26.

With so much interest, the group began franchising. There are now more than 40 franchises around the country, each independently owned.

Sisters Amy Ray and Kim Nofsinger own the Bloomingdale club as well as the one in Carrollwood.

In Bloomingdale, they are offering 30 one-hour classes each week. Members can attend as many classes as they wish. All instructors are former professional fighters.

When classes aren't in session, members can use 60 heavy bags and other equipment to work out.

The club is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to  1 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday.

There is no enrollment and the first 100 members will receive a $2 Starter Kit. Call 813-324-8867, visit the website or visit the Facebook page for the Brandon location.
