Durant Extends Win Streak to 3, Beats Brandon 36-0 at McLane Stadium
The Durant Cougars are on a roll, with three wins and no losses. It's a different story for the Brandon Eagles, who lost their third game of the season, hosting the Plant City team at home Sept. 21.
Durant defense held the Brandon Eagles at bay as the Cougars of Plant City extended their winning streak to three games and no losses. The Eagles were shut out Sept. 21 at home (36-0), extending their losing streak to three games.
It was the first conference game for both teams.

Following a rain-delay start, the Eagles took to the field after an overtime loss the week before to the Freedom Patriots (20-14). The Cougars, who had a bye Sept. 14, shut out Alonso the week before that (29-0).
Durant faced Freedom in the first regular game of the season, Sept. 1, trouncing the Patriots (57-7).

Brandon's other loss was Sept. 1, to the Armwood Hawks (55-0). The Eagles in preseason play beat the Blake High School Yellow Jackets (20-6).
Next up for the Eagles is a home game against Sickles. Also on Sept. 28, the Cougars travel to Wharton.
