The Brandon Bar Association hosts a free legal seminar with topics ranging from divorce to estate planning to personal injury. On the first Tuesday of each month, one member volunteers their time to discuss important legal topics with the Brandon public for free, giving a general overview of a specific legal topic, followed by a short round of questions and answers.
Due to the popularity of the program, the Brandon Bar Association is expanding their free legal sessions to the Bloomingdale Library. Starting in February, the association will continue to hold the legal seminar on the first Tuesday of the month at the Brandon Regional Library, but also give a range of topics and speakers on the second Monday of the month at the Bloomingdale Regional Library.
Area residents are encouraged to attend these free legal seminars and have their legal questions answered. The Brandon Bar Association can be found online and the organization is also on facebook and twitter.
