Did Patch Catch You Watching Brandon's 4th of July Parade?

Check out our crowd photos from the 2012 Greater Brandon Fourth of July Parade. Can you find yourself, or someone you know, in the crowd? Among them was "American Idol" Top 13 finisher Jeremy Rosado, the parade's grand marshal.

Jeremy Rosado served as the grand marshal for the 2012 Greater Brandon Fourth of July Parade, which drew thousands of people to the heart of the town to celebrate a half-century tradition.

"It's amazing how many people show up," said Rosado, a Brandon celebrity after his Top 13 finish earlier this year in the "American Idol" national television show. "It's so hot and they're still here!"

Rosado said he was "blessed" to be in attendance at the parade, let alone aksed by the Community Roundtable to be the parade's grand marshal, a designation he said was "awesome."

"I honestly never knew this parade was here and I've lived in Brandon for 11 years," he said. "When they asked me to be the grand marshal, I was like, 'There's a parade in Brandon?' Now that I'm here, I see it's huge!"
