Man Wants to Marry Porn-Filled Computer: Lawsuit

A Florida man opposed to gay marriage filed a lawsuit in an attempt to make a point about the "social agenda to make America a 'gay nation.'"

A lawsuit filed by a man who says he wants to marry his porn-filled computer has been dismissed by a Florida judge.

The 24-page document was filed in a separate Florida gay marriage case for "other minority sexual orientation groups," the Broward/Palm Beach New Times reported. The New Times reported the filing by Chris Sevier states his Apple computer was sold to him without filters to block pornography.

"Over time I began preferring sex with my computer over sex with real women. Naturally, I 'fell in love' with my computer and preferred having sex with it over all other persons or things, as a result of classic conditioning upon orgasm," the motion states.

Fortune reported that in dismissing Sevier's filing, the judge wrote "Perhaps the motion is satirical, or perhaps it is only removed from reality. Either way, the motion has no place in this [case]."

Sevier previously sued Apple asking for a filter on computers to block pornographic content and previously tried to intervene in a Utah gay marriage case.
