Jacob Adams, who turned 21 in October, died Nov. 3 in a traffic crash at Frontage Road and County Line Road, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Adams reportedly was heading west on Frontage Road, traveling at about 45 miles per hour on a 2003 Suzuki motorcyle, when he "failed to negotiate the curve on Frontage Road" and "struck a concrete retaining wall several times," according to the sheriff's report.
