This time, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is looking for a female thief who on Nov. 14 stole a Canon camera valued at $1,104.79 from the Best Buy at Grand Regency Boulevard in Brandon. A Nikon camera theft occurred there Nov. 4.
Ten days ago, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reviewed a surveillance video that showed a male thief stealing a Nikon camera at the Best Buy in Brandon. Now, the video of a female thief, caught on tape Nov. 14, has been released in the case of a Canon camera swipe from the same store. The latest theft reportedly occurred at 12:41 p.m., after the thief entered the Best Buy at 116 Grand Regency Blvd., across the street from the Westfield Brandon shopping mall. The thief reportedly stole a Canon ES60D digital camera, valued at $1,104.79. The thief is described as a black female, 30 to 49 years of age, standing 5-foot-8 and weighing about 180 pounds. Caught on surveillance video, a trio of thieves reportedly stole $350 from the Goodwill store and donation center at 1106 East Brandon Blvd. Now, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office wants your help in tracking down the thieves.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives seek the public’s help in identifying three thieves caught on surveillance tape stealing goods from the Goodwill thrift store and donation center at 1106 East Brandon Blvd. in Valrico. According to the sheriff's report, the theft occured at about 6:30 a.m. Oct. 1, after the trio of thieves "cut the lock on the gate to an enclosed fenced portion of the Goodwill and entered the property." Inside, "the trio cut the lock on two enclosed trailers parked in the fenced property and stole approximately $350 worth of various items, including a pressure washer," according to the report. Two arrests have been made in the theft of some $1,590 worth of chains from the jewelry department at the Kmart in Brandon on Oct. 12, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. The theft was captured on surveillance video.
